Who we are

This site, reforgedhq.com, is the website of ReforgedHQ LLC, the company behind The Pride Council Network, The Success Blueprint and Royal Family Finance, and the home of Royal Family Charity, a goal we are working toward. ReforgedHQ LLC runs it. You can reach us at charming@reforgedhq.com or at 602 Tiffany Lane, Hendersonville, TN 37075.

What this site collects on its own

The public pages of reforgedhq.com do not use analytics, advertising pixels, a chat widget or session recording. The pages of reforgedhq.com do not set cookies themselves, except the Members Login cookie described below. The sign-up forms and booking calendars on our home page and on /rff and the pages under it are run by the Hub (mymiliaregroupapp.com) and may set their own. The Members Login sets one cookie so the site knows you are signed in. It is removed when you sign out or close your browser. It stops working after 12 hours. The public pages store 1 small item in your browser that remembers whether you paused the motion effects. That item is cleared when you close the tab. Our own pages serve their fonts from our own site. The Hub forms and booking calendars on our home page and on /rff and the pages under it load their own fonts from Google.

Like every website, our web host, Hostinger, records standard server information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time, for security and to keep the site running. The host keeps its server logs under its own policy.

Videos

The event replay videos play from HighLevel’s media servers, so playing one sends your IP address and browser details to HighLevel. The event replay videos do not contact those servers until you press play.

The overview webinar on /rff/careers plays from Loom inside our page. Nothing loads from Loom until you press play. When you do, Loom’s player opens in the page and sends your IP address and browser details to Loom and its owner, Atlassian. When we checked, the player set 2 cookies that last about a year, saved several settings and session items in your browser, and sent usage statistics to Atlassian and error reports to Sentry. Loom’s privacy policy applies to the player.

The contact form

The form on /contact asks for your name, email, an optional phone number, which business or team your message is for, and your message. It sends that to our email at charming@reforgedhq.com. We use it only to answer you, and we keep messages for as long as we need to answer you and keep our records. Please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords or similar sensitive details through the form. To limit spam, our form keeps only the times messages were sent, not your name, message or IP address. Our web host’s standard server records, described above, are separate.

Pages run by other companies

Some buttons on this site take you to pages run by other services. That includes event registration and booking pages on the Hub, Zoom and Google Calendar, recorded videos on Loom, event pages run by the organizations presenting those events, and our community on GoKollab at gokollab.com/reforgedhq. Those pages work differently from this site and may set their own cookies. Each service’s own privacy policy applies once you’re there. The forms and booking calendars on our home page and on /rff and the pages under it are Hub pages shown inside our page. They load when the page opens, so your browser contacts the Hub, its sign-in service (Clerk) and Google Fonts as soon as you arrive, before you type anything. What you enter in a form goes to the Hub and is covered by its privacy policy. Those forms and calendars may set 2 cookies from Cloudflare, which protects the Hub’s sign-in service from bots (one lasts about 30 minutes, the other ends when you close your browser), and save 1 settings item for that sign-in service in your browser, which stays until you clear it. When we checked, they used no analytics or advertising trackers. The form on /rff/join also loads a narrated video from the Hub’s servers as the page opens, so the Hub receives your IP address and browser details before you press anything.

Members Login

Team members who sign in to /members give us their name and email so we can create and manage their account, and they choose a password, which we store in scrambled form. We use this only to give them access to team resources. Do not use a password here that you use anywhere else.

Team profiles

The /team page shows profiles of people on our teams. A profile shows only what that person agreed to share: usually a photo, name, title, team, a short description and the meetings they offer. A phone number or email appears only if they ask us to show it. Profiles are public, so search engines may keep a copy for a while after one is changed or removed. We store profile details in our members area. To change or remove a profile, write to charming@reforgedhq.com and we will do it as soon as we can.

How we use your information

We use what you give us to do what you asked: answer your message, register you for an event or book a meeting. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing. Our AI assistant, Claude, made by Anthropic, helps us manage our email and records, so the details you send may be processed by Anthropic under its own terms and privacy policy.

Who handles your information

Our service providers handle it only to run this site and answer you: our web host (Hostinger), Google (our email), HighLevel (videos and our CRM) and the Hub (bookings). We may also share information if the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it by writing to charming@reforgedhq.com. We will answer as soon as we can. We can’t delete copies a provider keeps under its own policy, and we keep what the law requires.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Not advice

This site shares general information about our companies and events. It is not financial, insurance, investment, tax or legal advice. For advice about your own situation, talk to a licensed professional.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we ever add analytics or advertising tools to this site, we will update this policy first.
