Build a career that serves people
Royal Family Finance is a team of licensed professionals who help families with their money. If you want to make an impact, keep learning and build something of your own with people who have your back, this might be for you.
Who thrives here
- Veterans who want to keep serving and miss having a unit around them.
- Military spouses who want flexible, part-time work that can move with them, with licensing handled state by state.
- Professionals and entrepreneurs who want to add something meaningful to what they already do.
- Career changers who’ve hit a ceiling and want work that grows with them.
- People who know what missing financial education costs, because they or their family lived it, and want to make sure other families don’t.
- High earners who want to build something alongside their current work, with their time or their network.
- LGBTQ+ professionals who want to help their own community build a plan.
Royal Family Finance is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Defense or any branch of the military.
Lead a firm, not just a book of business
Some people come here to help a few families. Others come to build and lead a full firm of their own, with the opportunity to develop time freedom through passive income earnings. Building a team takes real work, and no income is promised. If that’s you, our team trains people who want to recruit, develop and lead a team of their own.
The honest part
This is commission-only work for independent, licensed professionals, and for a lot of us that’s the best part. There is no salary, no income is promised, and results vary. Licensing requires a state exam. You pay your own licensing and training costs, so you own your licenses. There are opportunities for reimbursement based on merit, and we explain how that works in the business interview. Many people keep their current work while they learn and get licensed. Check your employer’s rules first.

Common questions
Do I need experience?
No finance experience is needed. You do need a state license to do this work, and we guide you through getting it.
Can I do this part time?
Yes. Many people start part time while they keep their current work. Check your employer’s rules first.
How are people paid?
By commission from the companies whose products clients choose. We go over exactly how it works in the business interview, before you decide anything.
Is this a sales job?
Part of it, yes. You recommend products to families, and you’re paid by commission when they choose one. We teach you to do that through honest conversations and a written plan, and our standard is that every recommendation fits the family.
